“One of my best food experiences EVER. Every single thing I ordered over exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious. Made with quality ingredients and plated beautifully. The iced latte with oat milk and sesame seed and the tamarind lime drink were both refreshing and complimented the meals. The Mofongo benefict is a dish every person should try in their lifetime. The eggs in salsa criolla was genius way to incorporate flavors from the island. My husband and I bought their bottled hot sauce and jams. So delicious. I hope they will eventually ship those items to NYC.“

The hubby and I basically tried every drink, plus a dragon fruit mix not yet on the menu....yummy. I will definitely come back to try other dishes but so far all was a GREAT experience. “La Pinata has become out weekly favorite. Mickey, Armando and their entire team works very hard to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Restaurant is very clean, the food taste the same everytime. Perfectly and authenticly seasoned. They have parking lot and off street parking is easy. I would highly recommend L Pinata, it's the best Mexican I have had on the East Coast. You are missing out if you don't try.“
“We got takeout tonight for the first time and WOW!! Everything was amazing! I don't know how they manage to keep the churros soft and crunchy in take out containers but they were delicious. We both tried the beef empanadas, they were amazing so well seasoned great filling amount. I had the Ropa vieja which was delicious and my husband had the steak sandwich that was incredible. Can't wait to go back!“
“Amazing Colombian bakery and restaurant!!!!! Everything I've had is amazing!!! Tres Leches, Tiramisu, chicharrone, empanadas, homemade hot sauce, arepas, macaroons, it's all delicious!!! They are open late as well!! Awesome cheap local spot with friendly employees!!“
“First visit to Bistro Cafe. Many tasty sounding options on the menu. I was told the steak egg and tater tot skillet was enjoyable. The pancakes were okay, not great but I did like the blueberry compote. Will return to sample something else.“
“Went there with my daughter and was unfamiliar with some of the many great choices but everyone was very helpful. The food was just delicious, tasted like you were right at a friend's house and it was prepared just for you. Very affordable prices and more than enough in a serving. Treat yourself...go to La Casita for a quick, delicious lunch or dinner - and ask for the owner's special homemade hot sauce, just fabulous!“
“Went here for the first time and absolutely loved it. The Pina colada best of the best !!! The pinchos bomb and the chimi mix was absolutely flavorful. The carne frita was also very delicious !! Will be back soon . Very friendly and went above and beyond .“
“A true local and neighborhood gem. Food is amazingggggg and staff is very attentive and kind. Great place to have brunch or just have a fun dinner with a fun Latino spin! Truly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional food and great drinks, can’t wait to come again!!“
“good grief the reviews from people expecting pace salsa or mexican food are bananas. don't listen to those gringos. we ordered online so we could google anything we had questions about at our own pace because i only know so much about guatemalan food. here are my notes: 1. order took a while to get ready, but it was a lot of food so i can understand it easily. it was piping hot even by the time it got home from the way they packaged it. they put my pupusas in a foil container so they stayed steamy and melty. that's service!!! 2. my boyfriend did not like fried plantains before eating here. he sincerely looked like he was having a religious experience eating the ones that came with his adobada. i did NOT get to try one. he didnt even offer!!! that's how much he liked them!! 3. my pupusas were killer. perfect sauce, perfect flavor. 4. we did not like the guatemalan tamal. but not because it was poor in quality; it was because we tried something new and it just wasn't to our taste. live and learn! 5. the prices are perfect. i refuse to eat anywhere that charges more than 3 dollars for a taco. $1.50 tacos is heavenly. $3.00 pupusa is dangerous. we will be back. the only thing missing is dessert“
“Absolutely love the food, brings me back to my honeymoon in P.R because the food is so authentic. The customer service is the best Ive ever had!!! She makes you feel appreciated, and most of all she wants to make sure her food is of standards to the customer... no complaints from me at all, only praises.“
“This place looks amazingly good!!Now with new management everything looks great... I definitely recommend this place to buy Mexican sweets and condiments, now also a new person is in charge of the restaurant and cooks delicious everything now seems to be super perfect... don't hesitate to stop by a while and go enjoy some good Mexican food. This place looks better than ever omg!! Now it's under new management and everything looks great.I definitely recommend this place to eat and get all Mexican condiments and candy. What can I say about this place!! Is my favorite place ever I am a client since December 2012here is where I find all my stuff I need from Mexico. From real Mexican candy to even Mexican cheese, I go to La Poblanita once a week ♥️and I have many more pics of stuff I buy to cook traditional Mexican food“
“Hands down the BEST Peruvian food I have EVER had. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection! My favorite part of the entire night was when they brought out a whole bottle of their amazing signature sauce to every table instead of giving it out in small containers which is traditionally done at Peruvian restaurants. The service and atmosphere here was also a 10/10! I definitely recommend coming here!!“
“If you value service like I do this place is great. First time being here and wasn’t disappointed. Food (picadera) was freshly made and tasted so good even my picky gf loved it. Only thing I did not like was the atmosphere (it was American night so a lot of English music) and the music was YouTube with ads in the beginning before the dj arrived. A place of this caliber should atleast have premium (no ads). Other than this I loved it and will be back.“
“This place is sooo quality, drinks always satisfy, food is on point, always hot and made fresh. Atmosphere is good for any occasion, wether it’s romantic date night or just drinks with the girls. This is always my go to spot, and I’m not even crazy about Dominican food, I just love it here. Staff is so friendly and so helpful but not overbearing.“
“Couldn’t say more about the service, the food & the ambiance. The steak fajitas were flavorful, the chicken tinga nachos were satisfying & the Al pastors tacos were really good. We loved the Mezcal margaritas as well! Ate too quickly to take photos. Looking forward to coming back.“
“Best rotisserie chicken in the state, they do catering and actually care about not wasting food. They wouldn't sell me one of their dishes until I tried it and they made sure I was going to like it. Very nice and home style atmosphere.“
“My son was at Bball training….I looked for the best rated local restaurant and went. It was this one! Down-home Dominican cooking…I might have been the only non-native Spanish speaking individual in the place but that didn’t matter….they took care of me: beef, rice and beans, plantains. a bit of extra bean sauce and some excellent fresh passion fruit juice. Loved it….good portions…decent prices….now I was set to go the gym and watch my son shoot hoops!“
“The food is always good and fresh. The service is always good. The atmosphere is usually good…except for those time when other patrons are checking out your hot wife. Allot of men like to eat here because of the beer. You will usually find one drunk guy on an average visit.“
“So this place is my providence Dominican food spot. The food is authentic, delicious, fast, cheap, and plentiful. You can't go wrong here. Don't forget to grab a pastelito to snack on. The place is small but very clean. Depending on the time of day you go there might be a line out the door. I recommend not going @ 12 or 5pm. Its well worth it.“
“First time here and was very impressed! My favorite Mexican place was closed (la Lupita) so i decided to go across the street to check out mi Ranchito! The service was awesome, two very sweet girls walked me through the menu. The bartender was clearly very well loved by staff and customers. Seemed like she knew the place like the back of her hand. She praised the soft tacos (which were delicious). I got one shrimp, beef, and chicken. Came with a salad and side of rice — the rice was phenomenal! But the star of the show was the Chicken soup. You can only do a large size for take out, but I was given the choice of having my chicken grilled… I said, why not? And I am so glad I did. The chefs put the stewed chicken, still on the bone, and crisp it up over heat. The chicken of the soup was then boxed separately from the broth, and I was shocked about how much delicious chicken they gave us! Falling off the bone, tender, but with a bit of a crust from the grilling at the end. So so good. Also came with a quarter of avocado and rice. A really good deal. I got a Modelo waiting for my food, and the total came out to $36 (and then i tipped $8, totaling $44!!“
“Location is nice and clean with several TV's up with various shows on. Great atmosphere very friendly staff.Parking: Restaurant is on a corner which allows plenty of street parking. The side of the building has you parking on the sidewalk.“
“Delicious Dominican breakfast, their select cut pork chops are very flavorful, fried cheese and yuca is Bomba! The chicken "trifongo" (mashed sweet plantains, yucca & green plantains), the grilled chicken was phenomenal. (Dang! I'm getting hungry writing this, haha)“
