I ordered the 12 taco box, chips and cheese dip great quick service but I wanted to buy the new avocado salsa and sour cream waited 5 minutes so I asked a girl in front of the counter do you work here she said yeah so I asked is anybody working the front she yells for the person who is supposed to be in the front. I order my sour cream and the quac sauce $1.00 for two sour cream and .80 cents for 4 quac sauce I get 2 quac sauce I go to the counter and tell them I paid for 4 quac sauce I only got 2 I went to the counter and told them I paid for 4 quac sauce and you gave me 2. Too much playing around and talking over the food while wrapping it up. This was one of my go to taco bell but now I'll pass. Mineral Spring Taco Bell

Food is sometimes very sloppy dripping onto the bag...I've received tacos where all the ingredients were squished on bottom of bag and shells were soggy and empty...3 of them! And sometimes the ingredients are only partially there..like they ran out or something. Still when they get it right the food is

Staff is always super rude and I always feel rushed when trying to place my order I have left several times because before I can finish my order they are yelling my total at and when I do happen to get food it’s always just thrown together and half of the toppings are out side of the wrapperParking: Parking lot is small but it’s there most of time it’s full with employees cars

This Atmosphere isn't Inviting AT ALL!!I Go in There and Get Dirty Looks and Eye Rolls From Certain Employees There.... Some of Them Need to Learn Better Costumer Service Skills.Because Nobody Wants to Walk into a Restaurant or a Place of Business Just to Be Given Dirty Looks and Rude Attitude. I've Worked at (2) McDonald's Restaurants and (2) Burger King Restaurants & I've Never Given Someone an Attitude For No Reason!If Anyone Gets Any Attitude From Me....It's Because They Deserved it!

I have never in my life been to a fast food restaurant location that gets my order wrong every single time. Im not even exaggerating...every single time. It became routine to check and make sure they didn't give me wrong item without a question. This isn't a modified item it is something straight off their menu. I finally confronted them lastnight and asked why do I always have to come back around to get my order right? I was genuinely curious. Talked to the manager and everything. I kind of felt bad b/c rarely I like complaining and I'm in the service industry and I get shit happens but it is just ridiculous. I kid you not, after the whole confrontation I open my bag, look; and guess what. They gave me the wrong item: not even something remotely close. I couldn't even be mad. I just laughed. I mean that is CRAZY. Thank god I'm moving and never have to go to this location again lol
