I make a point of seeking out speakeasies when I travel and can say that 345 has one of the most creative entrances I've been pleasantly stumped by. The search is well worth it. Cocktails are elevated and well crafted. Food is fresh and delicious. (My bartender was very kind and proactive to ask if I had any dietary restrictions to notify the kitchen about which I felt was very considerate.) The staff are so friendly and accommodating - even when I observed they were very busy and understaffed - and are there to ensure that you feel welcome and absolutely love your experience. The atmosphere is classy and intimate - there are lots of nooks for a small group of friends or a date night. I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in Providence.Vegetarian options: The bartender was very proactive and asked if there were any dietary restrictions to tell the kitchen about, which really impressed me and I felt was very thoughtful.

The menu advertised was not what was currently being offered, felt like leftovers of previous menu and other random offerings lumped together, have gone with previous concepts and everything was amazing, but disappointed, old menu items that were being advertised 24hrs ago that were not available, the offerings I did try from the last menu were okay at best

We were sent to 345 by a manager at plant city. 345 as speakeasy has the look down, however how they treat customers was not acceptable. We did not have a reservation however there was seating available. It took at least 30 minutes for a drink order. When we finally got to place our food order. A couple was seated after us and ordered their just food after us however their items came out first. Then the waiter approached us and said the kitchen was closed because they ran out of food so he would just bring us humus on the house. He then brought out another item for the other table . If there is no food left how are your bringing out more food? When we asked the waiter about this he did not have a reasonable answer. If the kitchen is indeed closed how can you bring out our additional food ‍. It was almost like they did not want us to be there. Needless to say we won't be back. Be truthful with your customers. Zero stars is not on option so one star will have to do.

Our 2nd visit to 345. First time a few months ago and service and food drinks were fantastic. Made a reservation for a Friday @ 6:30. We were seated right away. There were only 4 other customers aside from my wife and I. After being seated it was 15+ mins before the server came back for our drink order. Waited another 15 mins for our 2 drinks. Drinks finally came and we had our food order ready. Cauliflower with spicy golden raisins, blue oyster mushroom kebab and pistachios falafel with spicy mayo.25 mins later our food came. It looked amazing. First thing we noticed that the oyster mushrooms and cauliflower were cold. Cauliflower was also undercooked. Almost raw. Falafel was actually hot but way overcooked. Hard as a golf ball on the outside and dry as a bone in the inside. At this point we were hungry enough to just eat what we could. Not sure what happened in the time we were the last but unfortunately we won't be going back.

I went to 345 a vegan Speakeasy located on 345 S Water St in Providence, RI. This speakeasy is on the opposite side of the parking lot from the plant based food hall known as Plant City. For small bites we got their homemade naan bread and hummus with beets 7/10. The bread was warm and fluffy and paired well with the hummus. I just wished they gave us more bread for all the hummus! We also got their kebab made of blue oyster mushrooms with parsley, labneh and serrano chili I will not lie this was not my favorite dish. Others at the table liked these though...I'm still not a personal fan and I usually love mushrooms 4/10. The falafel was the best dish and you can't come here and not order this. These were made with pistachios and had excellent tzatziki dip to pair with 8/10.For cocktails we got the passion to my peach, the mum's the word, the as it was, and the golden baby. If you like sweet drinks like me I'd recommend the passion to my peach which was made with tequila passion fruit and rum or the "As it Was" this was made with rum and a variety of different bitters and citrus. If you like mezcal in your cocktail I recommend the golden baby.345 is a great place to grab a drink and hang out with friends. I'll be back to go to the actual Plant city food hall next time!Food: 7/10Ambiance: 7/10Affordability: 7/10

I'm not going to give away any secrets, but don't be scared. The entrance definitely threw me for a loop, but I'm glad I gave this place a try. Very unique, laid-back vibe, and the good and drinks were not disappointing. I'd gladly go back. Perfect date spot.

Really enjoyed the spicy margaritas and the hummus here. Wow! Staff is really nice and very accommodating. My friend who joined me for a drink is celiac. They were really knowledgeable of what to order and had a delicious gluten-free bread option. The space is very trendy. Recommend 100%.

345 is yet another restaurant by Plant City located across from the main complex at...you guessed it...345! Designed in true speakeasy form, you have to walk through the kitchen to get through the restaurant, which is a cozy and dim bar with intimate seating. When I tried to go for dinner, it was booked with reservations, so be sure to make a reservation if you go. My friend and I were able to come back later for drinks, and it was an experience. They bartenders know their stuff, mixing drinks in a showy, cocktail fashion. It's definitely an experience if you are looking for a unique night out.Note for 4/24/2023. I made a reservation for last Saturday to try the food, and apparently they had a small electrical fire and may be closed for a while. No one was hurt, but let's hope they can re-open soon!
