We an excellent experience dinning at Sarto. We arrived late for our reservation because of traffic but the staff went above and beyond to make sure our night went smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend, food was amazing, vibe was PERFECT!!Parking: Just two doors down thee is an affordable garage
Good old-fashioned hospitality is alive and well in Providence and nowhere more flawlessly executed than at Sarto.We hoped to stop in for drinks and live jazz, so called ahead and spoke with Danielle, who explained that normally, the bar was 1st come 1st serve.We arrived to learn that she had reserved the two best bar seats for us!Things just got better from there. Lovely building & atmosphere, food was delicious though pricey (expected). Was not wowed by dessert or cocktail options. But ultimately disappointed we were told that we could not use the complimentary valet parking as the lot was too full. I had a reservation, maybe I should have a parking spot reserved too? It was my partner's birthday so I just quietly paid for parking in the lot next door.Parking: Valet parking available but not promised
