“Super packed the day that I went, but somehow it was the calmest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. This location seems perfectly staffed, and I love that the baristas don’t yell out names while people are studying. The warm moody lighting makes it a perfect addition to campus. Cutest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.Also!! Every time I see the lavender matcha it’s always gray and ugly and the cold foam ends up as a really thin layer. But at this location it was vibrant and had the perfect consistency! I love when baristas love to make drinks and do their best to make it work. With this particular drink it’s not realistic to expect this outcome every time, but I really appreciate the innovative approach that went into making the presentation as good as possible ?“
“Great Starbucks! Everyone is friendly, attentive to detail and efficient. I had long orders and whoever was at the register would always read it back. That was much appreciated. Great coffee and baked goods! Warm and clean with everything but the creamers available for convenience.“
“I go here often and rarely have any issues, although it’s much pricier than other Starbucks for the same exact beverage. The Starbucks at university heights is $6.97 and this store is $7.76 for the exact same drink with oat milk. 3 Other Starbucks I’ve checked in the area the price is at $7.17 . I also find the tables frequently dirty, my guess is the staff is so busy making drinks and so many people use the tables that they overlook cleaning them. I’ve asked them to clean my table several times and they always come do it but they could do a much better job. Also the rug under the table and glass window and ledges are often dirty. I would suggest investing in one of those little carpet sweepers. It might be time to invest in some new tables and chairs as well. I think those have been there since the place opened some 24 years ago. Get some more cushioned seats and maybe 1 or 2 tables that seat more than 2 people. People are constantly grabbing chairs from other tables because they are with more than two people. You could also put one or two cushioned seats with a little end table. Time to upgrade especially with those higher prices.“
“Given that these reviews are from multiple years past, I decided to give an updated review for others to see. This Starbucks has always had the best service. Since it is at a university the lines are usually always long (besides mid afternoon) but they go quickly. They do toast everything, so if you do not want it toasted you should say so beforehand. Overall, great Starbucks and great service.“
“THE STAFF ARE AMAZING-- here's our issue: the *new* computer system doesn't allow us to leave tips electronically (either that or no one has trained the staff how to do it); either way, we'd like to tip the ppl who greet us with smiles almost daily and right now we can't , we hardly ever have cash bc we're usually stopping in while walking our dog. The older system let us ask them to manually add a tip and even then only one staff knew how to do it (she showed others just in time for the computer system to be updated and no longer allow electronic tips). Please make it easier to tip the people making your business actually run. Thanks!“
“Cons- There's a line nearly out the door most of the time, especially between classes at Brown. The mobile app consistently does not show menu items that they do indeed have. Pros- My orders are always correct and the staff are super kind, despite seeming to be overworked. Even when it's really busy, you're out the door in about 5-7 mins from the time you place your order. Very convenient location.“

Despite these operational challenges, the baristas consistently excel, ensuring accurate orders and maintaining the expected Starbucks quality.“
