Wendy’s,If you are seeing this I am very disappointed you have a crew who post an ad that your hiring but can’t be organized and remember you had a interview. I took someone to do an interview and was told that the manager wasn’t even there what kind of business are these managers running. If you’re not hiring I suggest you take the ad out!

Hands down the worst Wendy’s .. READ THE ORDER / RECEIPT, no matter how you order .. postmates/Uber .. doordash or in person be prepared to have your always messed up I should have put a review my first experience but didn’t , first experience I went there , and order a JR bacon cheeseburger biggie meal l, simple right ? No .. I wait there 45 mins after placing a pick up on the app , and waiting a good 15 mins before even driving there ..food finally comes out && it’s a double stack instead of a JBC , told the woman it was not what I order I ordered a JbC ticket on the back even said it .. she then proceededs and rant an rave on and on even with other employees, while looking at the ticket saying no where does it say add bacon .. offffcourseeee u A$$ it doesn’t say add bacon , but it does say I order a jr bacon cheese burger, and you gave me a double stack .. ohh okay she says then I’ll just add some bacon on it …. NO ? , I want Jbc , mayo lettuce , tomato meat cheese bacon that’s it .. I don’t want the contents of a double stack .. then today I order for delivery 3 meals for delivery.. and for 2 drinks 3 straws .. get ?? it ?? together ??

They forgot my small frosty but that's ok I went back. What bothers me is they questioned me on it like I was trying to steal a $1 frosty.

One of the best Wendy's in Rhode Island. Good service and food is always cooked with some pride. I live in Woonsocket and I drive to the Wendy's in North Providence over the N. Smithfield one because the N. Smith Wendy's had the worst service, food and are always rude.

Arrived at 1:20 am (they close at two and the app lets you order anytime before 2am). Order a frosty on the app (So they already had my money). The automated voice comes over the box saying they’re closed (They close at 2am). Waited probably 10 minutes before I had to say “hello.” The staff then proceeded to tell me “they don’t have any frosties this late” (which is a lie). Wouldn’t give me a refund and had the audacity to tell me to come back tomorrow. I came back today after work at @11:30 (I left work at 11), and this employee proceeded to lie to me and tell me that they don’t make frosties past 8pm and I should come back tomorrow before that time to get one. After having to ask for a manager (who couldn’t even offer me a simple apology for my ordeal) I got a $4 refund in cash, which I proceeded to drive 1.5 miles to the Wendy’s on Charles street with. There they made me a frosty at 11:55pm NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Horrible franchise ownership/management. Lazy employees who don’t care to work. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here. Still can’t believe they told me to come back tomorrow two days in a row, like my life revolves around the hours the Wendy’s employees choose to actually do work at. Will definitely be contacting the corporate Wendy’s customer service to confirm they don’t “stop making frosties at 8pm.” Shameless.

Absolutely the worst. I've ordered from here several times. They can't even distinguish Coca Cola from doctor pepper. Want a large fry? Hope that's flexible because they have no idea what size that is. You'll pay for the large combo and end up with a small drink (wrong flavor) and a large fry holder...with the quantity of a small. I don't even know how it's possible. An easy job that you can't even handle...pathetic.

Last Monday September the 18th was National Cheeseburger day, many places had specials on their Cheeseburgers, including Wendy's, where they let you get a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger for a penny with purchase....offer good until the 23rd.I stopped in here to get my offer. The food came out immediately, so that was very good...the sandwich was a bit bland and not filling at all, the fries (I used to love Wendy's fries) were not as crispy as I remember....so the overall meal was just OK, nothing great.... I know fast food places vary from store to store, you might have a better experience at your Wendy's, but for me, this one was just not memorable....
