Your Bagoda is turned lousy? Their no frozen strawberries or chocolate pudding or peaches, and cream was awful? And wanders were dry and lousy? Seems Pastryland gone to hell in last few years? Nothing like it was up till 2013?

We ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday. We asked for some to have blue frosting and some to have yellow frosting. Was extremely disappointed with what we got. Not only were the colors terrible but the quality is garbage. Not ordering from here ever

I used to get birthday cakes here constantly years ago, but moved too far away and it's been years since I've been there. The other day, I had a hankering for real birthday cake frosting, (which you can't find everywhere anymore) so I drove up there, and asked the girl at the counter for a white birthday cake. Her answer was, and I quote, "We only have yellow and chocolate." So I said to her, "Yellow birthday cakes? I bought them here all the time and they were always white." She replied with, "No, we only have yellow and chocolate." Now think about a yellow cake mix. It has a distinctive flavor that's delicious, but does not work as a birthday cake. So I said to her, "If I cut a piece of this cake, is it gonna be actually yellow, or will it look beige?" "It's vanilla," she replied. So based on her saying the cake would be yellow, I almost did not buy a cake. Her saying it's vanilla, almost guaranteed that it was beige colored, not yellow. So I took the chance that this girl was either colorblind or new, and didn't know what the heck she was talking about, and I bought a birthday cake. Wouldn't you know it; it was what people call a white (beige) birthday cake! What I'd like to know is, why on Earth did that girl call it yellow? And she was adamant about it. If any managers or owners are reading this, please tell your girls not to tell people that the birthday cakes are yellow when they're not. Thank you. (PS: the cake had a coconut flavor and didn't taste anything like the birthday cakes that you used to make. Also, your 'Russian Teacakes' have lost the rich flavor that they used to have. What happened? Very disappointed in the whole thing.)

Due to the storm Pastryland was closing. They made my mother's cake today and waited for her to come and pick it up. So thanks to them my mother will still be able to blow out the candles tomorrow on her birthday. Awesome!!!

The worst thing I can say about this bakery is that I find it a little expensive. The pastries and baked goods are tasty, and the service is good. Maybe I am comparing it to supermarket prices which may not be fair.

I always give credit where it's due. Their calzones are VERY good. I also purchased 2 eclairs because I heard that they are 'the best'. Sadly, they were quite the opposite. Soggy and virtually tasteless. There were 3 girls behind the counter. One of them was helping the customer ahead of me. The other 2 girls just stood there twiddling their thumbs. Hoping my experience was unique and not the norm.

We purchased some cupcakes this morning, early in the morning, and they were stale. Very stale. The cake part was dry and hard. When this happened about six weeks ago I thought it was a fluke. But this is the second time now and these cupcakes were extremely dry and hard; at least one day old in my opinion. Also, today these cupcakes were much smaller than usual--downsized by approximately 20 percent. So, old pastry (but not labeled as so) and smaller product, yet at the same price. Even if a business is not technically required to post if food is day-old or older (not sure of the rules here), it is the clear unspoken understanding and common knowledge to the consumers that a bakery is selling products that are baked that very same morning unless otherwise noted; a contract of good faith by the business establishment. This bakery used to be great and when their products are fresh they are excellent. This turn of events have been very disappointing.
