“We try to make it there at least once a week for breakfast. The food, the atmosphere, the staff and management all great though one waitress Donna goes above and beyond to everyone she comes in contact with and with a smile. All the help are good but Donna is above the rest, if you’ve had her for a waitress you will see for yourself. You have to try their Portuguese beans, huge portion enough for two, best in the area.. first was recommended by Donna been getting them since. You have to try this place once for yourself you will be glad you didVegetarian options: They have vegetables you can choose from you have the choice of adding meats if you wish.Parking: A few parking spaces in front, but Plenty of free parking spaces behind the establishmentWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of places to park wheelchair accessibility parking lot behind the building“

“OMG... Lived here in Middletown for 2 years and first time visiting IHOP! Don't know why I waited so long. Wife and I stopped in for a late evening dinner(breakfast) and everything was amazing. Ashley was our waitress; very attentive and took care of us. The kitchen staff absolutely crushed it! Had the Spicy Poblano Hollandaise.... ??? Wife the Thick and fluffy French toast with eggs and sausage and that was delicious as well. All in all, 10 out of 10 for everything! We'll be back soon!“

“Lena's has always been a great place to eat.The food is typical diner food, just a bit better with a decent sized serving. When you order your food, expect to see it delivered hot and ready to eat within 10 minutes of ordering. Fast. All of the staff is super friendly and attentive. Great people. The atmosphere is exactly what most people would expect from a New England diner. It's not super fancy, but it'll do. Clean is the most important thing, and Lena's is clean.I recommend any of the omelets. My wife likes the steak and cheese iomelet while I struggle with the decision to order either the linguica or Greek omelet. Get the home fries if you're into that kind of thing. They're delicious. All of the good at a very reasonable price.Enjoy.Parking: It gets tight when the restaurant is busy.Kid-friendliness: Friendly as all get up.“

“The Barn is my Go-To breakfast place. Consistency and quality is excellent, I've never had a bad meal there. The service is always on point. Endless and frequent coffee pours. You know you're at a really wonderful breakfast spot when the line out the door is this long!“

“My family and I vacation in Newport, Rhode Island each year. We enjoy breakfasts together during our trips and so we have tried several restaurants in the past, including the Franklin Spa. During our our visit this past week we noticed that the menu was different and there was a different vibe to the location. My suspicions were correct as we met Nick and Brittany, the new proprietors!! The food was great, lots of options and at a fair price. We enjoyed our breakfast so much that we returned the following morning to enjoy our last breakfast before returning to Philadelphia. If you are in Newport and in search of a place for Breakfast, I highly recommend the Franklin Spa. We look forward to returning in the future.“

“This used to be my go-to place for breakfast until the prices started spiraling out of control. For example, an English muffin, one piece of french toast, a coffee, and a tea was $27. This is what should be a popular breakfast restaurant, but they're pricing themselves out of business.Parking: All of the parking spots are at different angles, and people do not know how to drive through that parking lot at all. Over half of it is just gravel and dirt. The parking lot is typically overcrowded.“
