“I remember coming to this place and it was old and it really needed a rehab bad. So I've been hearing about this place a lot lately. So my girlfriend and I decided to come here to have dinner on a Friday night. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! The whole building had a makeover done. Looks really nice and differently a family atmosphere. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. The price is reasonable. But the portions were small. I had a steak plate with fries, and my girlfriend had the prime rib plate, and we had chicken wings for an appetizer“

“So I’m not a true Portuguese person and I was visiting from away. My wife who grew up here says the food is phenomenal for what it is. I found it just OK maybe it’s just not my style. It was steak cooked with a very flavorful Portuguese sauce and french fries on the side, that were great in the sauce. atmosphere is a bit tacky like an old restaurant that once was a bit nicer. It’s not a fancy place by any means. It reminds me of your typical Sunday morning breakfast place as far as atmosphere goes.“
