This is the third time we have ordered take out from the restaurant. The meals ( all three times) were either totally wrong or substituted with random items. When you're paying 75 dollars plus for dinner you expect that it would be atleast close to what you ordered. Sad that McDonald's can deliver a correct order but Applebees manages to not deliver steak w baked potatoes and broccoli ? Not even close . Looks like they took the easy way out . Never again for takeout .

From the start I felt like it was discrimination from how she looked at my LICENSE and I am 30 years old Me and my friend are always ordering from this apple bees and dining. Do better I will definitely go where we are welcomed which is a different location.

Went tonight. Sat down for 20 mins. Not one employee came to see if we wanted drinks. Then another family came in after us, and was offered drinks first. We left and will never go back. Employees were standing around and doing nothing. Was a disgrace!

A bit disappointed with this Applebees. My most recent order didn’t contain 20 pieces of chicken but 15 instead. And a lot of small pieces (compared to my 8 piece which were all full sized pieces) I am assuming because it was a “promo.” However I spent more money than I typically would have to qualify for the promo. But anyway I called Applebees and gave the benefit of the doubt. I explained the situation. I was asked to bring them back for a replacement but living over 10 miles away with small children at home it wasn’t an option. So I was offered a small compensation card. It’s been almost 2 weeks nothing has arrived in my email. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this isn’t my first disappointing experience with this Applebees. Two separate delivery orders had items left out/made improperly. My child’s juice box was missing and another time it was my child’s milk, missing guac/sour cream for our nachos and received a pink undercooked burger when I asked for it to be “no pink.”

I went to Applebee's before and had a bad experience. The manager was really nice and I went back and they still have really bad service I don't get it. I went there to the bar that night and the same situation where we asked for a beer and she walked by us I went to this table and then we had to wait a while to get the beer there was no one else at the bar except and it takes 10 seconds to pour beer out of a tap it's not like you were making a mixed drink but when you go to the one in garden City in Cranston Rhode Island and you go to the one in warwick, don't have these problems it's just the one in Coventry

I was just at this apple bees location having a few drinks with my friends. It was a lovely night until I heard, what some would call, commotion coming from one of the mangers. He was getting in a young girl employee’s face and telling her that she was miserable and threatened her job. I do not know the back story behind this, but I think it was very inappropriate and unsettling to watch. The fact that this was a grown man yelling at this poor young women was just wrong. I would be miserable if I was talking to this way at a work place that preaches “eating good in the neighborhood”. I used to love this place but seeing that happen made me change my mind and not want to give my money to such a place. Absolutely disgusting!! Who ever this young girl is, I deeply apologize because I know if that was my child I would have been LIVID!
