This location really needs to get it's act together. I sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes without so much as a greeting. Then went inside thinking it was broken. There's 3 people in line and the manager takes one order and scurries away before giving the gentleman both cups he ordered. After about 5 more minutes of watching the complete chaos I decided to leave and go to McDonalds. They were 10 times as busy and the total time I waited was probably 5 minutes. Do better.

Bald head guy was very rude. Walked in with my mother and guy was upset and said loud “Im making these ‘10’ sandwiches now I don't care”. And the whole time tossing the sandwiches to the end and when complete he said “there is all the sandwiches for that” tossing them to the lady at the end. Very rude to see as a customer perspective and made me upset as I was a general manager at TB and would NEVER ACCEPT THAT.

Super over priced, and I feel bad for the employees being made to say things like "You Rule" to every customer. Feel gimmicky. Nuggets were burnt and fries were Way over salted.

How is it that I go to the drive through at 4:30 pm with 4 cars ahead of me and I sit in line for 15 minutes 5 alone at the order screen and no one takes my order not to mention some of the employees can bearly speak this place has gone down hill over the years I won't be going

Waited in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes before our order was even taken. Then we get to the window and are asked to pull up near door and wait for food. The issue was they never came out with food. After 10 minutes of waiting I went inside and asked and they were clueless. The manager who had taken my order and asked me to pull up had left to go back to her store and didn't remind anyone. So I got 2 cold sandwiches and 2 freshly made sandwiches. For the price of their meals I expected it all to be hot because after nearly a half hour waiting I deserved that much after spending over $30. Always an issue at this location

Um….. recently this location added a second drive through, didn’t help apparently, and if you hate your job, i get it but it’s not the fault of customer in the drive through . Just saying.

I normally don’t write reviews but the customer service was rushed with attitudes and my card was in their possession for quite some time which made me uncomfortable. Then I got a medium meal for $14… just to not be able to eat it because I found a few hairs. Also they got my drink wrong so the whole meal was a bust. I’ve had issues with this location before but tried again to see if they got better with a new building and more training and yet even something as simple as hairnets they can’t do right.

Horrible. My son picked up a whopper junior and small fries for my dad. When did they start cutting their sub rolls to use as a hamburger bun? The same with the double cheeseburger. The hamburger was hanging out of the sides. So not acceptable. I have pictures of the junior whooper. I should have take them of the double cheeseburger too. Do NOT go to this BK on West Shore Rd!

I ordered a whopper junior and onion rings to go as soon as I paid my food was on the counter, I said wow that was quick is it fresh she said yes we just made it we were very busy today, so I left came home which is less than 10 minutes away and everything was cold the onion rings were undercooked and soggy the whopper was just so disgusting, I tried to call them and the phone kept ringing so I hung up and called back and the automated voice kept hanging up on me not to mention $8.90 for a whopper junior and medium onion ring and it wad so small, never ever again

I used to love this Burger king but not lately the manager is a meth Head running around with an attitude. He got my order wrong and I had to go back in to get a door dash and just gave a complete disrespect to every customer that was walked in to his restaurant I will not be back until a more happier and friendlier manager gets hired

Unlike most, this Burger King has no sugar free root beer. Other Burger Kings are much better because of their wider variety of choices.

Very poor service and on top they had me wait and I get home the burger was so hard felt like it's been on all day and they don't want to make me a new burger lost my business for ever I just went this happend 11:25 ish too young

I was an employee at this Burger King for around 6 months, and at the start it was fine. About a month in, a man named Mikey became a manager there, and this was one of the worst decisions this store could have possibly made. As you could probably guess he is the bald headed man that is referred in most of these reviews. He would yell and swear at his employees, including me who is a minor. If you care about the staff at this Fast Food establishment, I advise never giving them your money ever again.
