Went there on my lunch break, ordered a large sub. Lazy staff couldn't be bothered w/cutting my sandwich in two; typical.

I never tried charleys before, So figured i would give it a try. The food is ok, not worth the price. I got 2x steak and cheese sandwiches with fries and a drink, They made it a combo, which is fine. But 43$ for 2 combo meals for what i would consider fast food is unreal. They also just threw the sandwiches in the bag leaving them completely folded in-half and opened inside the bag

I would usually not review a fast food place, but this place was disgusting. The chicken was all stuck together in one glob. The bread was watery and soggy. There was too much of everything else. Salvaged somewhat by removing the chicken and eating only the veggies, but I wouldn't eat here again if you paid me.

I like their food BUT dot go to this location. They forget to pay attention and give done one orders when you order to go, for the past 2 times in a row they did not give me what I ordered.

Just ok and the smallest $9 sandwich ever, even worse it was even skimpy on the steak, better off at the local pizza shop.Wheelchair accessibility: Only good I can say is, it was in the food court so plenty of wheelchair room.
I visited Charley's this evening for the Ultimate Fries. There was slight issue with the order; I received an extra topping that I did not ask for. The team acted quickly and willing offered me a replacement order, apologizing for the mistake. Calm, courteous and professional. Great Customer service! Special thanks to Renee, Mony and Andrew B for the wonderful custom service you provided; not to mention with a smile on your faces in which we can see right through those masks! Thank you! I loveee charleys.. I came today for the first time in years and they still don't disappoint me. I always get the chicken philly, my fav. The prices are reallll good too, esp for the food quality. Deffff stop in!

Food was good but a boy and girl at the counter were literally kissing and hugging in front of the whole food court. I don’t want that around my food that’s disgusting. They had hickeys all over their necks and the boy was kissing the girls neck from behind and feeling her up while another guy was making food. So weird and nasty. If they are reading this, get a room. You’re disgusting. I feel bad for your coworkers who have to witness that all day.
