Worst dunkin by far. The young girls are rude. I ordered a large ice macchiato caramel and whole milk. What I got was a latte made with cream and caramel. I went back in to have it remade the girl who remade it for me rolled her eyes at me. And still made it the same way I gave it to her. Good thing the dunkin in west warwick on west warwick ave got it rite for me. They saved the day.

Since this location is right up the street from me, I tend to frequent it on the days where you can earn extra reward points. The staff are incredibly friendly and they even know who I am when I pull up to the drive thru speaker now. Not only that, but they treat my dog, Freya, with such kindness that she gets so excited to see them (and of course to score a munchkin lol). Highly recommended! ??

For being so busy and in such a prime location, you would think they would have a restroom. I work with chemicals all day and. It would be nice to wash my hands before touching anything I'm going to eat or drink. SMH. How are you going to serve food and drinks but not offer a bathroom? Are we really in the hood or something?

Would not recommend coming to this one!!! Been here two separate times asking for Carmel and cinnamon on my pumpkin spice frozen coffee and they won't do it!! I get up to the window and pay and ask once again politely if I could get the Carmel and cinnamon on top and they take it back acting annoyed!!! It's complete bullshit that a customer cannot get what they are paying for without someone acting annoyed by it!! I'm sure my small request of cinnamon and Carmel shouldn't have taken up too much of their time! If these people are that annoyed by something this small then maybe they should seek a different job in my opinion!!

This place has amazing staff and service. I had a miscommunication on my app and they charged me 3 times to which I had no knowledge. The manager Rosi immediately noticed when I came in and offered to get the same thing 3 more times. At first I declined thinking that this small mistake would be easily rectified through the app/website. WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. After sending them my purchase info on the app and my bank all they came back to me with is call them.Summary, people make the business and this is one of the nicest dunkins I've been too.

Not usually a fan of D&D...as a matter of fact stopped going there years ago. Went there to get a gift card and saw a sign for their new Nutty Pumpkin coffee. I got ice with no additional sweetener AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!!

I stopped going to dunkin because their customer service is so horrible. It's like you hire anybody literally. Stopped at this dunkin ONLY because I had a gift card gave the girl a $2 tip, asked for a munchkin for my (12 year old dog) who gets 1 munchkin a month for her entire life, and I don't know why this girl working at a Dunkin' Donuts thinks she's better educated than me about what ok for my dog and not, she refused to get up and get a plain or glazed munchkin and gave me a ridiculous amount of attitude. I don't know who these people think they are, but know your role hunny.
