Ordered, was dining in and while I was waiting for my order I decided to get my drink. There wasn’t enough hot water to fill my cup for tea. I alerted the staff about the hot water and showed her my 1/2 filled cup, and she asked me if I wanted more hot water to fill my cup. Seriously, why was that even a question? Then I got my food, and the knife was dirty, I had to ask go ask for a clean one. And finally when I went to go find a table to sit at, they were all dirty, not wiped down and still had dirty dishes on them.Totally dissatisfied and I won’t be going back again.

I got breakfast and dinner here today I was impressed. The breakfast sandwich was cold and tasted sour I also ordered a bagel and cream cheese for the price I was expecting a toasted and prepared bagel that was not the case I got a cold hard bagel in a bag with cream cheese. Moving on to dinner I got a Mac and cheese bread bowl and a pizza about 10 bucks each the max and cheese was a small container about 6 spoons worth and did not come in the bread bowl had to put it in my self the bowl was also hard as a rock the pizza was not the best looking taste wasn’t bad. But for the portions these prices need to be lowered. Not worth the money

Usual spot. "Wanna go to Panera?" "Yes. The one on Bald Hill Road? Near Saladworks?" "Yes."A typical conversation when choosing a lunch spot. Love the ambiance and go out of our way to be at this specific location. Always get the Mac and cheese. Sometimes I splurge but i think why mess with perfection.
Pretty convenient and user friendly. Good bathroom. Cheddar broccoli soup was hot and good. Friends can meet there.

I've been going to this Panera bread since my daughter was five years old and she is now 21. Never had a problem. We would go two or three times a week sometimes. The other day had a problem though. The girl took my order and she messed it up, she took my order and she made the wrong sandwich so I said well I can take it and she said no we have to throw it away I just want to take a bite to see how different that sandwich was and she said no less you want to pay for it so she rather throw it away then give it to somebody that doesn't make any sense and then my husband ordered a soup bowl chicken noodle, a huge bowl and not even half the bowl was filled and it was almost $9 for the chicken noodle soup so I left. Never had a problem before ever so that says a lot

My wife just called me and asked if I wanted her to bring something home to eat from Panera Bread, on Bald Hill Rd in Warwick. She goes there all the time. I never had anything from there, and I'm fussy. So I just took a chance and said (get me a tuna sandwich) Wow what a great tasting sandwich. The bread/bun was so soft and good. I would highly recommend Panera Bread on Bald Hill Rd in Warwick if you want good food.Thank You Panera BreadNR Jr.
