“The first of many times I've eaten there I applied for a part-time weekend job because the atmosphere is relaxed & fun. It's both a friendly neighborhood "hotspot" and a tourist stop in a quaint historic town.

Vegetarian options: The menu isn't predominantly vegetarian but there are options.

Dietary restrictions: Anything can be made to your specifications as long as the ingredients are available.

Parking: Parking on the street, behind the restaurant, on the square about 50 feet away, and in a large city parking lot behind the entire block on the opposite side of the narrow street.

Kid-friendliness: There's not a kid's menu, but there are kid friendly options, and the staff are mostly parents who are good with kids. It's a part of the Ghost Tour, because of the access to the Underground Railroad Tunnel in the basement. Older kids will find this both fun & educational.

The kitchen closes at 9, so after 9, the bar, music & sports programming are the main attractions. It's not seedy, but it CAN get loud, and there's nothing your kids are going to want to do.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. There are ramps all along the square, on the sidewalks leading from the city parking lot, and there's a ramp leading directly into the restaurant from the street. The parking behind the restaurant is unfinished and not a place you would want to navigate a wheel chair.”

“If you haven't tried Swartzentrubers Bakery yet.... you don't know what you're missing. This place is simply amazing!! We've been two weekends in a row and right now I'm savoring every bite of their Cajun Crab dip!!! It's so good!!! The best I've ever tried!!! Not to mention all the wonderful yummy cakes, cinnamon rolls, strudels, bread and so MUCH more....... that eventually you'll go home with way more than you came for. So be prepared 😂 Thank you for everything you do. You folks are doing it right!!!”

“We love this place! at Christmas we bought the Santa cookie mix and those were a huge hit. every time we go in we get a few goodies. everything you get is good! we also got the chocolate covered Strawberries for valentines day and they were amazing. the cookies and muffins are always a good go to and it's such a cute little place to visit!”

“Y'all tonight we went to try out Wings 101 in Abbeville (s main st on the square) as they had their all you can eat crab legs, shrimp and fried catfish nuggets. Let me tell you it was amazing. Food was so good and cooked to perfection but y'all our waitress (wish I had gotten her name) we loved her so much, you can tell she and all the staff enjoy their job and their customers. If you have not been there I cannot recommend it enough. We will definitely be going back and making this place a regular dinner spot. So worth the 40 minute drive from Elberton.”
