Don't bother with the drive-through! Your order WILL be wrong or incomplete and you'll end up having to go inside. Just go inside from the beginning and save the trip. The employees all have terrible attitudes and act like you are the biggest inconvenience just because you're missing items. AGAIN, DO NO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THROUGH! YOUR ORDER WILL BE MESSED UP 100% OF THE TIME!

Actually I was told to leave 15 minutes early because they were in the process of closing. Do not go through drive thru you do not get what you order and the food is not always fresh. This KFC is on Richland avenue.

Very dissatisfied! We spent $20 on a 8 piece bucket and it was all burnt and was nothing but breast and legs. Very disappointed ☹️!

Food wasn't ready at this organization. Waited for over 15 minutes to get chicken. Made another order for something different and my nuggets wasn't cooked all the way. Was not satisfied with this place at all.

Worst experience ever, first it had no good aroma smell to it chicken was dry with a old taste I spent $45 there never again..I should've gotten Popeyes.its less more of a chance that you will call & complain with a delivery then if you went up there in person KFC will not be in my future , Popeyes is more expensive but there chicken is fresh

This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this kfc. The first time they didn’t have the chicken I wanted. I’m glad I checked my box before I left because this time, I didn’t get a biscuit. I pulled back up and asked for one and the cashier said well if you don’t see it, then we don’t have it and you almost didn’t get any mashed potatoes because we’re out. What is that to say to a customer? She did offer me an additional side item in place of the biscuit but I don’t understand how you’re running out of food at 12:15! And I asked for sweet tea and when I drank it, it was unsweetened. I didn’t even mention it because at that point, I was over it. The staff there needs some better training/management.

I live in Lexington, but I come to Aiken twice a week. This is my second time visiting this KFC, and they did not disappoint me like the one near Whiskey Rd (the 2 times I have visited). Although I placed my order through my mobile app, I picked it up on drive-thru (which is frowned upon). I explained to the employee that I have multiple sclerosis and I was having an episode, and I wouldn't be able to get out of my car and walk inside to pick up my order. They were very understanding of my situation and allowed me to pick up my order through the drive-thru. I appreciate them so much for this. Plus, their pot pies are made with care. Hear me out!I make my own, but when I cheat, I cheat, and I know where to go.. Unike the KFC near Whiskey Rd. this stores pot pies are made fresh, the chicken is seperate (no big chunks of meat you need a knife to cut up with), there is a perfect ratio of veggies and gravy, and the crust is crispy (not burnt and raw in the middle like you know who).
