I don’t even bother ordering my usual chai lattes from this location anymore. They can’t seem to figure out how to make it right and I always just get a cup of milk with the faintest “chai” flavor. I have to go to other locations instead because they actually make it right. We even went to the manager about it and he said “We only put 2 pumps of chai in a large because that’s the Dunkin’ way.” By that logic, a medium would get 1, and a small…0?? @3pm 3-14-24. they have about 7 different kinds of donuts, but the drive through and inside doesnt show what they have on a menu.workers seem depressed and unhelpful.almost $8 for 4 donuts. ill go to Krispy Kreme from now on.i don't recommend this location or dunkin in general. theyve never been helpful here concerning options.
My coffee was full of sugar at the bottom and the breakfast sandwich’s was burnt. I could not eat them or drink the coffee and bought them back the next morning. The manager on duty was telling another customer that they’re not Allowed to give away coffee beans, if the department of health comes in he would hide the bucket. He then started to walk away, while I was standing there and I had to stop him. I asked if they can remake the order and he said where is the receipt....read full review
