Placed Order Wednesday for home delivery for Thursday. The 3rd party service did not pick up order. Called Thursday night and was told it would be sent Friday. Still no delivery so I got off work early and went to pick it up Friday afternoon. Online chat seemed like they could do something but in the end they did not. Calling is a long process of getting someone to answer the phone is a challenge to say the least. The people at curbside were accommodating but still didn’t fix...read full review
It'd be nice if you all would answer the phones! I've tried calling since 530 and no department answers. Unbelievable!
