Only got half my order.I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food ..the crew person even said repeatedly that he was sorry for my wait (I was the only customer in drive thru and no customers inside either.) He also stated he gave me a fry and pie for my wait.(I had ordered a fry and a halves so that was no gift.) it's burger king nothing new on the food, but it does not seem like the crew knows what to do, if it's due to inconsistent demand or inexperience, the fast part of fast food isn't there, also, no matter what I have to pull forward and wait, it's like what was the point of the drive thru, was this a ln oversight in design? it's massively inconvenient to have to essentially wait in a non existent parking lot, there's tons or room to take orders, even a second drive through teller,...read full review

No matter when I go to Burger King in Beech Island, my food is cold and I always ask them to make my meal fresh but still comes out tasting old. I won't be going to that location anymore. The staff is always nice but the food is not good to me.
