The food is always hot and fresh and they get your order right 99.9% of the time. One of the few fast food places that give you enough food to actually fill you up. My go to place to eat locally.
The shakes we got were Pepermint chocolate chip and strawberry. They were not very flavorful. The strawberry had flecks of chocolate chips in it like it was made with a dirty blade after my peppermint chocolate chip shake. Never the less, we finished them both.

I’ve been to quite a few cook outs. We’re from the concord area but we’re passing through on our way back from Myrtle beach. The staff were very nice and very fast. And this was the only time I’ve ever had cook out and it not be a greasy mess. Everything was piping hot and delicious.
