I’ve been to quite a few cook outs. We’re from the concord area but we’re passing through on our way back from Myrtle beach. The staff were very nice and very fast. And this was the only time I’ve ever had cook out and it not be a greasy mess. Everything was piping hot and delicious. My wife got a burger with everything on it and it looked so fresh I didn’t believe it. They remembered everything and it was a pretty big order for me, my wife and my 2 kids. We will definitely be stopping in anytime we are in the area!

The food is always hot and fresh and they get your order right 99.9% of the time. One of the few fast food places that give you enough food to actually fill you up. My go to place to eat locally.

Passing through from vacation and drive through employee was not very friendly and fries were not fresh.
Food: asked for a cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup and received mostly mustard and ketchup. Also ordered a vanilla "milkshake." The manager handed me a cup full of vanilla soft serve ice cream. The drive thru attendant was not pleasant. Acted as if she hated her job and disliked customers. Will not eat there again until I receive an apology for poor service and compensation.

The shakes we got were Pepermint chocolate chip and strawberry. They were not very flavorful. The strawberry had flecks of chocolate chips in it like it was made with a dirty blade after my peppermint chocolate chip shake. Never the less, we finished them both.

This was a new experience for us as we don’t have this fast food chain in Florida. The food was hot and fresh!! I ordered cheddar burger and onions rings! The service was perfect and she was super nice!

Food is never fully cooked and the teenagers who work there are horrible at customer service/satisfaction. They rarely get the orders right. The last time I ate from Cookout I contracted food poisoning. I would have given this establishment 0 stars if I was able to.

DONT GO TO COOK OUT !!! I WAS TRAPPED IN A LINE FOR 20 MIN. THE WAY THEY SET UP THE DRIVE THRUS.;; YOU CANT GET OUT AND LEAVE !! I ORDERED 2 MILK SHAKES AND BY THE TIME I FINALLY GOT THEM THEY WERE MELTED !! NEXT TIME I GO ILL PARK AND USE THE WINDOW. !! ( IF) THERE IS A NEXT TIME ?? PS. THE ONE IN DILLON SC IS JUST AS BAD !!! (((Well )))): its may 2023. I returned to Cook out again. !! This time to the window to order !! Had several people working look my way !!! No one spoke !!
