This is the BEST Starbucks in Bluffton. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Ordered ahead on the app but had issues with my daughter’s drink. Came in with my pregnant daughter and they made her drink exactly how she wanted. I had the new Lavender Latte and it was perfect.
Came to get a drink because I was running 30 min early for work. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I sat waiting for a drink for 30 min and ended up late. From only 2cars ahead of me!! Very very very very slow!

Today, I had an incredibly frustrating experience at a Starbucks drive-thru. Their intercom was malfunctioning, and despite my repeated attempts to place an order, there was no response. After a lengthy 15-minute wait due to a busy line, I finally reached the window. To my disbelief, the barista - a blonde woman working at 4:30 pm - refused to take my order at the window. She insisted that I had to drive around and rejoin the queue to order through the intercom, which I had already explained wasn't working. Her insistence that this was the only way to order was bewildering and absurd. I'm appalled by this level of service. It's shocking to find such a lack of common sense and customer service skills. I've decided to never visit this location again and, after sharing this experience with friends, discovered they too had similar negative encounters with the same barista. It's clear that this situation needs to be addressed. What an utter disappointment and a complete waste of time.

Two stars off for anything before 11am. I have no idea what has changed recently but the same exact drink on the same day is undrinkable if ordered before 11/12, yet amazing after noon. I don’t know if they used leftover burnt coffee or a new morning hire needs more training but the morning is when I can swing by and get coffee so it has affected my routine quite a bit. I’ve had to resort to ordering coffee via doordash an hour or two into my shift instead just to make sure it’s worth the $5 and I don’t have to pour it out. But like I said, everything after 12pm is amazing, especially iced espresso.

After waiting for 20min in drive thru before ordering and then another 10 to get our drinks…We ordered some breakfast sandwiches and a grande brown sugar oat-milk shaken expresso. When we ordered our drink we stated “without ice” and the barista replied “youre not allowed to get it without ice” So this is the only starbucks so far that has told me this. Seriously! I was so annoyed. Its already overpriced coffee drinks and now we are “not allowed to get our drinks without ice.” So is the drink cheaper if I let you fill it to the brim with ice?

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We placed a mobile order and went inside to pick up. We gave our name for the order and we're told it wasn't ready. Then we were told to go through the drive thru. So we did. There were only a few cars ahead of us but it took about 10 minutes to get to the window. When we did. The order still was NOT ready! No apology or anything. Then we were told to go sit out front and wait for our drinks. Still no apology when they were finally brought out.... With no straws.

The drive thru associate could not have been kinder! I was that person.....the one that added something at the window. I offered to pay and park, and walk in to get it. She insisted it only takes a few seconds, don't worry. Her kindness was appreciated. Visited 7/29/23 early afternoon. ☺️. Awesome experience!
