Came to get a drink because I was running 30 min early for work. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I sat waiting for a drink for 30 min and ended up late. From only 2cars ahead of me!! Very very very very slow!
Two stars off for anything before 11am. I have no idea what has changed recently but the same exact drink on the same day is undrinkable if ordered before 11/12, yet amazing after noon. I don’t know if they used leftover burnt coffee or a new morning hire needs more training but the morning is when I can swing by and get coffee so it has affected my routine quite a bit. This is the BEST Starbucks in Bluffton. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Ordered ahead on the app but had issues with my daughter’s drink. Came in with my pregnant daughter and they made her drink exactly how she wanted. I had the new Lavender Latte and it was perfect.
