My friend and I ordered a meal ticket #A3C00 through Uber eats and I had to call the store to order extra ketchup packets. The lady said she would transfer the message and I gave her my name. The order arrived with no ketchup so we had to eat dry fries. Also I ordered a side of BBQ sauce and didn't get it. Great food for for the family but the service is not good all the time sometimes it takes thirty to forty minutes for the food and the ambience is not great it's really just a bunch of random pictures and signs on the walls. Three out of ten
