We were just getting ready to leave when the waitress finally showed up. Took our drink order and we ordered appetizers. One of the drinks was a milkshake. The water was served right away. The appetizers were pretty quick to be served. The pretzels were very good. I was amazed at the size of the nachos until we realized toppings were only on top so most of it was chips only. Took 20 minutes for someone to ask if we were waiting on a milkshake...yes, We've been waiting and waiting and waiting. She set down the melted chocolate shake. Big waste of $7. About this time the waitress came back to refill our water cups and take our menus. We really wanted to try the burgers but apparently she didn't want to take our order. There was a dj, and the music was way too loud for the size of the restaurant. Not a very good experience.

I've tried tacos, burgers, it's all good, BUT the fries is not. Every time it's an online order, the fries is not fresh, tastes like, as if you put your leftover fries, from the night before, in the microwave.

This restaurant was really good! We got the cowboy burger, thunder shrimp, and fish. Everything was delicious ?! Our waitress Tiffany was super sweet and did a phenomenal job at taking good care of us! We will definitely be back with friends!

Stopped by this past Sunday because we were in the area and saw Rigby's from the street and didn't want typical fast food. Glad we did! Tiffany was amazing! Super friendly and took great care of us, right down to the little details. You can tell when someone loves what they do and she shows just that. Great energy and created a great experience for us. She nailed it and promised her we'd be back! Burgers are solid, the mozzarella sticks were awesome, and the chicken and waffles were a huge hit with my son! Tiffany is a keeper, I hope you guys take care of her!

Been wanting this place for a while and finally got to try it. The food was great and so was the service. Tiffany made sure we were taken care of and brought everything to us in a timely manner. She never let out cups get more than half empty and made sure we had a good experience.
