Drive through had to wait almost 35 minutes for my fries and they were cold when I got them and a group of them were standing outside smoking pot when I pulled up that work there . And my chicken wrap had no chicken in it . This was yesterday about 12:30 in the morning

Well... went in to pick up my order. Had to listen to the lady working the front counter gossip with the other employees at the back of the store about her boyfriend for five minutes (and there was already 2 people waiting to order when I came in)... I finally waved her down and she came up to the counter with an attitude. I'm sorry you don't like doing your job... not really. Major attitude not appreciated.

I like the food somewhat but the line is always long for the drive thru. Open a second lane or allow people in. The long line keeps a lot of potential customers away.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Consistently the worst service I have ever experienced at any fast food chain. Orders are always incorrect, and if you try to order from Door Dash or Uber Eats they will "lose" your order every.single.time.

Ordered the chicken wrap combo, they gave me an empty tortilla. It was folded and wrapped with zero filling. Returned to the store to have it remade, they reused the same tortilla. No explanation or apologies.
It was fast food, but I'd go there again. Hot and fresh fries (maybe I got lucky) and tasty Frosty.

Just went through today at 700 am for breakfast in the drive through. The hours say open at 630. I stopped at the drive through. No answer. Pulled forward to both windows and saw two workers. One saw us with a mop and turned around. Back door was open. No one ever came to a window to take our order. Dining room was locked before 930am so there was no way to alert a worker. The lights and drive through sign were all on. We ended up leaving with no service or breakfast.
