My house is 5 miles from Marco's in Chapin. Timberlake is 7 miles from Marco's. Marco's will not deliver to me, 2 miles closer because I'm "outside" of zone. I can usually convince them to deliver and they agreed as they usually do. They held up my order for 45 minutes and called to say they could not deliver, then changed their mind to say they would deliver in another 45 minutes. Not acceptable..pizza out of the oven 1.5 hours..no cold pizza please. They said they would refund...read full review
they are very slow with service! my wife had a call in order then went up there and stood in there waiting for 45 mins. then when the order was finally completed she was given an incomplete order. We will not be back. People of Chapin beware. Does not matter if the pizzas are good when you have sorry service and much worse wait times.
I’ve tried to contact Marco’s with no success so here I am on Facebook. The website to give feedback won’t allow feedback, the link takes you to the order page. I ordered online and checked curbside. I notified them I was there and waited about 10 minutes before I walked inside. I was told they didn’t have my vehicle type and couldn’t bring it out. But, they did have my phone number.
