I am from Oregon and there is an amazing (seriously mind blowing) Thai restaurant called Sabai, I have never been able to find anywhere that serves similar Thai food before (and I’ve been to Thailand) until I found Basil, their Thai food is extremely good, a bit expensive in my opinion, but extremely good, you will not be disappointed.
This place was, hands down, one of the best Thai/SE Asian food places I’ve ever eaten...and I’ve eaten around many places in the US and abroad. I should have knows that the food would have been amazing after the first course came out! The Tom Gha chicken/coconut soup was seasoned perfectly with green onion, scallion, and cilantro. They used to have the most amazing soup and great food but last time I was disappointed it wasn’t AS delicious for some reason. We used to always get the Tom kha soup (always get the large) and the basil duck, both very good. I’ll go back again to confirm.
