Insomnia Cookies is always an amazing stop for a late-night, or not so late-night treat. It was my go-to shop when in college, and I was so glad to see one in this area! Their ice cream is fantastic and they rotate flavors, you can also get a hand-mixed pint with whatever toppings you like from their selection. My favorite is the vanilla with extra sprinkles- you can’t go wrong there! As far as the cookies, my normal go-to is the snickerdoodle. The cookies are larger than your average cookie and go great with a scoop or two of their ice cream. This visit I got a snickerdoodle topped with cookies and cream ice cream, It was delicious per usual. My only gripe with the place is how difficult It is to find parking- but that’s normal for the area. Amazing cookies, amazing dessert spot. Will definitely be coming back!Parking: We parked in the Francis Marion parking garage as the area was busy as It normally is on a Saturday night. The garage is $1.00/half hour.
I loved the variety of flavors. Honestly, the cookies are a little rich, and I ordered more than I needed. Watch your hungry eyes.

I went here at 9:30 pm on Feb 28th and the guy would not allow me to use the restroom. Why would a paying customer not be allowed to use the restroom? I believe it was because I'm African American. I'm so disappointed in them.

Stopped in at 5:45 with my daughter, we were the only ones in the shop and waited 3-4 minutes to be greeted. When we ordered the staff member repeatedly didn’t answer my daughter’s question about ice cream. So I asked “You must not get too many kids in this cookie shop?” Her response? “This ISN’T a kid friendly part of town.” ?Kid-friendliness: NOT kid-friendly and seemingly proud to be so.

Our first time trying these amazing cookies and oh my....absolutely delicious!!
Walked by this place enough times on our visit to finally pop in. Service was good, though they were out of a few flavors we wanted. Should’ve believed the ratings here. Cookies did not hit. Texture wise was fine but they all tasted strangely artificial and had an overpowering lingering sugary sweetness to them.
First had these cookies in NYC then got them in Savannah - great every time.

My friend left her phone in the bathroom so I went with her in the stall to go get it. A male employee opens the door and says “Out!”, insinuating to the entire store that we were inside the stall doing drugs. Not only do I feel that we were racially profiled because we are black, I feel that the employee had no right to enter the stall because we had been in there for maybe 10 seconds. What could have given the impression that we were doing drugs, aside from our skin color?

Being far away from home and not having any comforts from home I decided to send her some of her favorite vegan cookies. I found a promotion for 20 cookies for $20 and free shipping. I was not expecting the promotion to work so I was surprised when everything went well. I ordered at 7 pm and the cookies were delivered fresh and warm to her door in less than an hour!
