Staff: The staff was nice. We could tell the one nice young man was way over worked until his coworker came back from a break.Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of.Food: The ice cream was great. I got a shake.Speed: The speed was fast for one kid completing orders for a packet house.Parking: plenty of parking.Star rating: 5 because of the price and the usefulness of the products.I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.Vegetarian options: Have to check their website.Dietary restrictions: Have to check their website.Parking: Parking is all over. Some free, some paid. Paid lots are easier to find.Kid-friendliness: Your entire family deserves ice cream.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can get in but it’s very tight.

The best pecan pralines in Charleston. Have been coming here for 20 years and my favorite phrase to hear is: "freeeee samplesssss"

My husband and I went in this past Friday night and got pralines, ice cream, and a salted dark chocolate peanut butter cup. The service was great. The pralines and ice cream were wonderful however the peanut butter cup was way over salted to the point that it was overpowering the sweetness of the chocolate.Unfortunately we had to throw it away because there was so much salt on both pieces of chocolate and they were melted in so we couldn’t even swipe it off.I’m not sure if this is normally how they are made or if it’s a quality control issue. We’ll probably just stick with the pralines next time.

**Watch out for the Praline SCAM!** They have signs/coupons everywhere advertising "Buy 1# Get 1/2# FREE"... Great Deal... BUT ONLY IF YOU ACTUALLY GET THE FULL 1/2 lb... Our server weighed out the first 1# box (insisting that I pick out exactly which pralines I wanted) then he bagged it & added a small box to the scale without doing a tare weight or zeroing it. He put 2 pralines in the box, folded it closed, and put it in the bag! When I questioned why he didn't weigh the amount in the second box, he got very defensive & stated "that's what it is, 2 pralines". He looked embarrassed and appeared to get upset as I explained that the total weight on the register showed 1.085 # for BOTH boxes! He said "Yeah, that's what it is... 1# and 8oz " then told us our total of $31. He glanced at the other male employee who laughed & turned away... then left the room! The employee then removed both boxes from the scale and insisted it said 1.5#. He insisted even when I showed him where the receipt printed out 1.085# ... lol, busted red handed cheating customers on their big advertising promo. He was both furious & embarrassed... I was appalled & wonder how many other people are cheated this same way... Since BOTH employees appeared to know "that's just the way we do it" and not know what to do to correct it! Shame on them for running this scam... imagine how much they are profiting by doing this repeatedly each day! Buyer Beware! The pralines are wonderful if you're willing to put up with this cheating on the weights!

We had a nice gentleman offer us delicious fresh praline samples which encouraged us to take home other treats as well. These treats were stale and saltless (chocolate covered pretzels). It was disappointing after how good the pralines were. Will shop elsewhere.

So we went to Charleston on a day trip... My husband, my service dog, my daughter, her boyfriend and I were there most of the afternoon. We were looking around for the fudge shop but wound up finding this little gem. As we went in they offered everyone a test of Thier praline and, (let me just say top tier), we started looking around. Oh my goodness they have a great display. The fudge and the truffles were on my daughter's and my mind, then we also got some pralines (chocolate and original). Everything is wonderful. Except I guess down side if the market is crowded and a few people are in there... There is not much room to walk around. Lovely job ladies! Great job. Hope this helps and have a blessed day. ?

Despite the gelato tasting good, we got a small cup of blackberry, a small cup of strawberry, and a small cup of butter pecan. Before tax, it should have been $14.85. After tax our total should have been $16.19. The employee saw I was holding a $20 bill and said it was $20 even. I questioned her and she said there was tax. I know tax is 9% but that shouldn't be $5. I asked for a receipt and she gave me a receipt that said $0.01 on it. She never opened the drawer when I handed her the money. It appears that she pocketed the money instead of ringing up the sale. So if you come here, make sure to pay with a credit card....

Good selection of sweets. The pralines we’re about half as good as I expected. The bear claws were almost as good as I expected. One staff member was quite inattentive but I saw that the two guys seemed to do two loooong days in a row.

Guy at the counter acted like we were a bother for even coming in to get stuff. Got pretzels and they were completely stale. Threw em out.
