We had a retirement celebration (mine) with another couple. I picked Peninsula Grill since I had so many folks tell me how special it was and we had never been. We were there for Christmas week and our anniversary, walking to dinner on Christmas Day, almost everything closed and looking for somewhere to pause for a martini we stumbled upon BENNIE’s. Went to Charleston for a quick weekend getaway, Penninsula Grill was the perfect date night experience! Our server Jacob was so knowledgeable about wine pairings with our menu options and had the kindest personality, he made the already great experience absolutely memorable.
