When you're at night time at McDonald's it's very deplorable because the staff is not focused at all. I heard the manager say to the employees not to clear off the menu without getting the order memorized. That's why the orders messed up.
Well went there when there were promoting free fries any size got a large but received a medium size in a large box. I need the employees to know that is not their product it's McDonald's fries so please stop being stingy.

I want to commend one member the drive-thru. I didn’t catch his name but he was patient with me when I had a question about the food he handed to me. The fry box has changed from what I am used to seeing and I misunderstood it to not be the large size I ordered. With patience and friendliness, he told me it was a large size. This is unusual for McDonald’s employees to be patient and kind when I have a question. Good to see that SOMEONE has a good attitude. Thank you!
