I do love Panda Express. I've never had any issues with the freshness of the food, environment, or customer service. This time was a disaster when it came to customer service. There was a miscommunication on my order, and I went back to the counter to fix the order, knowing I would have to pay additional. No problem! The worker decided to cut me off 3 times about the order being wrong. I apologized to her and she still was angry at me and tried to not serve me and pass it off...read full review
I thought it looked delicious, I also thought it was great that the dishes were displayed in pictures in different variations and shapes. The dishes and sauces were very well labeled in the display ?if something was empty it was immediately refilled, the employees tried hard to see everything Serving him was a success, except for the cleanliness of the tables, but well you can't always do everything straight away when there are a lot of customers.
