It isn't everyone's cup of tea, but if you love oysters & seafood this is the place to celebrate a special occasion. It's a fun, interactive, and intimate experience. We've been twice and the experiences were quite different. Kevin works hard to keep you fed, entertained, and educated about what you are eating and drinking! Fun times with a group of friends or your spouse. Come hungry & ready to drink!

Super cool place. Very unique dining experience. It’s super long and engaging so it’s not a place to go if you want an intimate dining experience with just your partner. Our group was so much fun. Service is great. Wine was amazing. My only note is the bathrooms needed a little love when I went.

Unfortunately do to unforeseen life events I wasn’t able to make my reservation. Kevin was very professional and sympathetic. He understood and waived my cancellation fee. Thank you so much Kevin ! I will definitely be trying Raw Lab in the near future !

I had friends coming in town and we booked a reservation at Raw Lab - everyone was super excited for the whole experience. Last minute my friends had to change their plans which left us nervous about a last minute cancel but Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was super understanding and went out of his way reaching out on Resy, Instagram, etc. and was able to backfill our spots which saved us from a charge. I wasn't surprised he was able to fill them because Raw Lab is such a hot spot in Charleston! Definitely looking forward to a future reservation and getting to Raw Lab for the full experience!

We made reservations in advance for September for our anniversary and specifically chose Charleston for this experience. Our reservations were confirmed and we later got an email that they would be closed during that time and they cancelled our reservations. We already had our lodging booked and it was too late to change it because we have to book well in advance with our timeshare. We will still enjoy Charleston, but think it's pretty poor customer service to cancel reservations that were already made.
