Not sure what the complaints are but my husband and I have been very pleased with them each time we've gone. Friendly enough, good service, and good smoothies. It's not the most exciting ambience but it's just fine for what it is
The smoothie was good but the staff were not friendly and seemed super upset that they were there. The store didn’t look super clean either. Probably won’t be coming to this location again.

the customer service here is awful. I've had one lady interrupt me while I tried to order and get an attitude with me for no reason. And every time I go here they take 30+ minutes before they even talk to me at the drive thru. Poor service. People here do not care about the customers. It's very disappointing.
