I waited in the drive thru on a Saturday night for 30 minutes. The cars in front of me got served and the person working would not take my order because of door dash orders. My response was that I would wait patiently and she refused to take my order. My visit was at 11pm on 3/16. I’ve never been to a restaurant that would take care of a guest. This was a terrible experience.
Recommend driving past this location and finding something else. We went there later in the evening. The drive-through sign is falling apart. They had no sauce available except Diablo, and as the only car in line, we were told to go park around front as they prepared our order. About 10 minutes elapsed as we watched 3 employees who appeared to be on their break smoking, walking through the parking lot and yelling at one another. Ordered 2 tacos and they came extremely broken, then when I brought them back they said they cant remake the taco and that they could give me a coupon for a free taco? Done with taco bell completely. When society cant carry out a simple task of making a regular taco, I think we have some bigger problems.
