They were nice, but the restaurant was filthy. I had to ask to have the table cleaned and the booth had crumbs and stuff in it. If we hadn't already ordered and paid for our food, we would have left.Additionally, we ordered double fries and no slaw, but did not get the double fries. The fries we did get were unsalted and hard.
You know I'm disappointed in Zaxbys, the money people spend at this establishment you would think the food would be worth it. The tenders is dried up and very small. The web site doesn't mention that you have to redeem your rewards with online ordering. So the young lady at register says oh you can't redeem this with online ordering, so I said it doesn't mention that in the terms section. You know I just walked off. Never again.

I got helped by the manager Brittany here at this location and honestly I’ve never had such a good experience at Zaxbys before but of course I continue to go because the food is good but she made my experience so welcoming and had just such an amazing customer service. Made me feel like I definitely want to go back. Thanks Brittany !
