I ordered on the app as a walk-in. I walk-in 5 minutes after I ordered just to continue waiting. I’m currently waiting in the lobby. No one else in here but me. Both workers are in the back on the phone. I had to make my presence none and ask them to start making my order. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.
I ordered(on the app) a nitro cold brew, and an iced latte for someone else, a few weeks ago. I drove to the Clemson, SC location, to pick it up. When I arrived, the young lady at the drive thru(who was very nice btw), informed me that their latte machine was broken, and their nitro was out.
