Enjoyed a great meal with my son and his buddy and watched the NFL Playoffs. First time ever, we reckon, there were Daniel Lions cheering for Detroit Lions in the Esso Club.

Great place too eat before or after Clemson games. Arrive early anytime there is any home game. This is THE place to go for good eats, cold beer, and hanging with friends. Find parking anywhere else but don't expect it here. There is maybe 10 spots to park.

Food was typical bar food, good but nothing special. Would come back when we are in town since the service was really good and it’s family friendly. Wish there was more beer on tap. Parking was a bit of a pain.

First time visiting. Last time I will go. Took my daughter and her friend to the esso club Friday at 5pm. We had two hours before the gymnastics event at Clemson. Placed our food order got drinks. 80mins later our food came out. All the tables around us got their food after maybe a 45min wait which I could understand as they were busy. But an hour and twenty mins and then the food was cold. Only the fried portions like fries and tots were hot. Awful service. Food was ordinary, and Nothing to write home about. Place is run by kids/students. Didn't see any experienced looking manager or person in the place. I did complain after an hour wait and it still took another 20 mins. I've worked in service and the food industry. Do not waste your time here. It may be fine for students but if you are an adult and have kids don't bother. Way more places to choose from.

When visiting the Clemson University campus, this sports bar is a must visit!Been here forever and has a great history. I recommend you read the "About" page on the website. Quite fascinating.Everything you would expect in a campus sports bar. Walls full of Clemson sports history, merchandise for sale and typical bar food. Pretty busy on gamedays, but today was not one of them (however still pretty busy). Not an extensive menu. Today we had the BLT with fries and a Grilled Chicken Ceasar Wrap with tater tots. Not too bad for this iconic bar. I have had the BBQ in the past and that is also a good selection.Service was excellent. We sat ourselves and the server was quick to arrive. Order prepared and on our tables very quickly.Large seating area inside, and there is a seating area outside as well. Today we were inside. There is also a bar area.Parking is along the side wall or in the lot just past the bar. There are plenty of spaces identified for patrons. The day we went the small parking lot in front was roped off. They also had a merchandise trailer outside.Worth the trip, and I hope you enjoy!Parking: Spaces to pull into along side of the building or in the lot just past the bar. Marked spaces along right side of lot.
