Ordered on uber eats they got my order wrong, they left out food from my order. Plus I have been trying to call them, their phone is constantly busy. I believe they do that on purpose to keep people from calling them. It cost alot for that meal, they should make it right.

Yesterday placed order on app, including Chizza. Picked up order, no Chizza, got some bowl of something else. Returned to store, with receipt stating double checked for accuracy! Told they put in “the usual substitution” for Chizza! They wouldn’t exchange for a desired item, told to get a refund online. They wouldn’t sell another item, even when offered to pay more!! After arguing, I got a cheaper item! Will never return to this store. Just terrible, unbelievably rude and also stupid…..what about food allergies? I can’t believe this actually happened, just packing an order with something else and they think it’s okay.

They don't even grease boxes like most others. They let the grease drain. Before serving.But I'm writing because when ordering I sort of jokingly asked Ms Kathy to pick the most Krispy brrast they had. She and two others actually took time and looked through to find that piece...Kudos to Ms Kathy and staff.

The most filthy and disgusting KFC ever. Greasy floors and NO toilet paper in the restroom !! 1st stall didn't even have a holder for TP. Tables had not been wiped off. We waited almost 20 min for our food. Had to ask for sauce. No butter for the biscuit. Just overall a terrible experience.
