Food was 30 minutes late. Paid 50 cents for not even half a cup of marinara for a whole order of breadsticks. Driver arrived with 4 pizza bags just threw in and crammed into the back. Pizza soft and almost soggy. Absolutely horrible. Honestly do better.

The manager Rita went out of her way to help me get my pizza order for my nieces birthday party. She helped me get the best price possible. She made sure my pizzas were done on time. An employee, Randy, carried the pizzas to my car for me. They were very friendly. They are my new go to spot for pizza. Thanks for the great service!

We always get their pan pizza and find whatever the current promo is on the app.Our pizza is usually ready in 15-20 minutes, this makes it a great last minute dinner option as we can generally get 2 pizzas for under $20.Parking: They share a parking lot with Food Lion and several other small restaurants/businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is accessible, however, the lobby is small and assistance may be required with the door as it is manual.

Just went in about 3:30 on May 9th and the gentleman working was absolutely amazing. The ideal candidate for what extraordinary customer service should be and sadly I didn't get his name but I hope he gets the credit, recognition, and any rewards that comes his way. Thanks for the experience

They stopped delivering to my address bc I didn't have change two times in a row but I told the driver to keep the change. So as a result of my generous tip amounts they no longer delivering to my house. How ridiculous is that!?! Very unhappy I used to spend money here more than 3 times a month....Papa John's here I come!!
