I went to Bojangles drive-thru for a meal and was extremely disappointed. Firstly, they don't accept Apple Pay at the window, forcing customers to come inside, which is highly inconvenient. When I asked for honey mustard, I was shocked to be charged an extra 45 cents for it. No other location I've been to does this. To make matters worse, my biscuit was falling apart when I received it. I went in with my sister and grandfather for a simple sausage, egg, and cheese combo for myself, gravy biscuit combo, and boberry's with Bo rounds and of course the drinks. We went inside to place the orders and were respectful to everyone we came in contact with. After receiving our order, we noticed they forgotten my sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit as well as that one of our drinks (the lemonade) weren't well mixed and went inside to let them know and have the simple issue...read full review
