Our first time trying Brusters was fantastic! We ordered a custom birthday cake for our son. Not only was it delicious but it was beautifully done. My son absolutely loved as did our entire family. We will definitely be ordering more cakes from them!
The young man that assisted us on 9/16 around 5:30 pm was a delight! His tag said shift leader and I wish I had his name. He was mannerable and remember I told him we had a child with nut and dairy allergy. He made sure to notate that. He was patient with our family of 7. And the ice cream was great. We will be back.

Ice cream is a 10 but service is a 0.We went through the drive through and we couldn’t hear anyone through the speaker, so we went to the payment window. The employees were unprofessional and spoke to us in a condescending tone. The handed us our ice cream melting off the cone and we’re more interested in their own conversation than customer service.
