Missed the mark by leaving out our applesauce and cheese tots (replaced with not yummy cheese sticks without asking but okay). Burgers missed the online order's requests that we paid for. Onion rings were good and staff were polite. Meal was a bummer sinse we had a tough day and had not eaten all day and wanted the meal for our 2 hour drive. The meal was not yummy enough that we did not eat it, but we appreciated the soda and water and a portion of the onion rings. Oh well.

The franchise owner added incorrect items (and did not provide them with the order) and separated items to be a la carte intentionally to upcharge us and 3 other people in line behind us. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

Not worth the stop. No ice at all I'm the restaurant, all soda machines in the front and back of house were not carbonated. We ordered two whoppers and fries. One whopper was still pink theoighout. How does that happen?? The other whopper was so messy and had stuff falling out. The fries were hot but had no taste at all. We ended up bringing the burgers to the front and asking for a refund. The staff was very nice but we will not come back here.

Is there a particular reason it always takes someone being parked at the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone actually takes an order?
If I could give it a negative star I would. We ordered a whopper with cheese meal with onion rings, a coke zero, and a crispy chicken sandwich. I went to get my drink, there was no ice. So I told the indian lady and she took my cup and came back filled with ice. I filled my cup and sat down and waited for my order. The soda was not mixed, tasted terrible. I told the lady and she took my cup to the back and gave me a new drink. I then waited close to 10 mins for the food. My whopper tasted bad. It was old and had been reheated in the microwave, the center was burning hot. The burger did not taste anything like a whopper, I threw it out. The chicken sandwich was reheated too and very rubbery, this could not be eaten either. Onion rings weren't bad but they could have been cooked longer. As we were leaving, 1/10/24, there were 2 British guys there. Seems like it was corporate visiting. This location should be shut down, they dont know what they're doing. Seems to be operated by a family.

I'll give it to the one ypung.lady that was running the entire store BUT that burger was in no way shape or form a BK burger. That was store bought frozen patties and the corn bites are terrible but she was doing her best. So shout out to the one employee ,shame on you BK, it was nasty.
