Missed the mark by leaving out our applesauce and cheese tots (replaced with not yummy cheese sticks without asking but okay). Burgers missed the online order's requests that we paid for. Onion rings were good and staff were polite. Meal was a bummer sinse we had a tough day and had not eaten all day and wanted the meal for our 2 hour drive. The meal was not yummy enough that we did not eat it, but we appreciated the soda and water and a portion of the onion rings. Oh well. ...read full review
The franchise owner added incorrect items (and did not provide them with the order) and separated items to be a la carte intentionally to upcharge us and 3 other people in line behind us. Will be reporting them to the BBB.
