I’ve lived in Columbia for 5 years and have FINALLY been able to try this place. Conveniently located between the state house, campus, and some student apartment living. Not sure what it is with this place. The food here is great, the atmosphere is great, but the service here is completely hit or miss. The staff are either some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet or some of the absolute rudest. This morning was my breaking point and I hope management looks at whatever training and whatnot they do differently.

Hands down, Carolina Cafe is the BEST bagel shop. Jalapeño bagel with Egg and Cheddar are my personal favorite. Salads are made fresh every day with local produce and many dressings are made in house.
