Wow… I was walking in and heard Tay taking orders and it was the very first Chick - Fil a employee I’ve ever heard just sound authentic / Genuine… It was the most Real but, also polite order taker and I had to come on here and brag. I have eaten a little too much CFA in my life and used to go 5-8 times a week, this is the first time I’ve had that kind of encounter. Firstly, love this place for fast food. They got my order wrong. Gave us 2 spicy grilled chicken cool wrap instead of the regular ones we ordered. Only found out after getting home. This is the first time that this has ever happened and It was not on the order ticket/ receipt. Will definitely double check next time.

My last visit I ordered off of the app. I was given chicken nuggets instead of chicken tenders (which is what I ordered) When I called up there, they told me that they needed the paper receipt for verification regardless of me having the receipt on the app.
