first scanned my app and the cashier was rude when it wouldn’t work and repeately asked me to scan it. asked for a water cup and got yelled at when the water wouldn’t work and we showed the later and she slammed on it and yelled at us causing us to leave. everything else is good but cashier service was terrible

I use to love chipotle and I would eat there 4 times a month but after they have literally messed up my order the last 5 times and I haven't gotten any retribution for it I'm done. I will take my business elsewhere

They are slipping. Food bins not being stocked. No lettuce for the salad I went in for. Messy dining room. I can't even with the trashy floors.

Do not place door dash orders here. It's not worth it. Their system almost always has an issue, and your orders are never received, making it a waste for door dashers to come, wasting gas, and your time. They don't even give an explanation on what you are to do when they can't see the orders, just telling you to contact Doordash. Don't even do orders online through the Chipotle app, as they'd just have to have you go through support to get a refund, wasting your time with this too.Today's experience was practically a disaster from the start. They first open the location doors 20 minutes late, saying it's due to short staff, but this was just to let customers piling outside the door inside, saying to the customers who come inside, "we're still not ready, but this is to keep you from staying outside." After saying this, the workers then started expressing their thoughts on how we're idiots for waiting outside the door to one another. The restaurant wasn't cleaned and messes everywhere. They were rude to customers asking questions, especially Doordashers, not letting them speak, cutting them off any way to get them to shut up. Sure, as hell would love to give a 0-star review.

Ordered 2 bowls for take out. After getting home and starting to eat we realized that both bowls were missing the onion and pepper vegetables. It was late, and we live far enough that it would have been a hassle to return. The vegetables make the bowl, without it tasted bland. (Meatless/vegetarian bowls.)Two days later I was in the area and stopped in to let the manager know of the problem. She was very indifferent to the issue, saying something about the online order is from a third party, and "They don't know when we are out of an ingredient.She went on to say, "when you picked up the order, the staff should have told you that we were out of an ingredient." They didn't, and honestly she didn't care. I would have expected at the least some empathy to that fact. Instead, she questioned why we didn't return that night. She didn't appreciate that it was too far for us to come. Finally, she reluctantly said , "They can make you a bowl now." No, I am out two bowls, I have already eaten today and your attitude about the whole ordeal is super off-putting. She told me the vegetables are free, implying it shouldn't have mattered, "They are a side." Wow, I thought the customer got to pick which ingredients go into the bowl.Order from here if you don't' mind missing ingredients from your meal and compromised taste. And being told it's on you for not bringing it back to the store, no matter the time and distance.Edit to add: Reached out to the link below. Chipotle did not help in any way. It was a robot. Very misleading they responded like that just to look like they want to help, but it was simple posturing.

By far the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been to. Tables are never clean and floors look like horse stable. Still my go to post-gym restaurant.
