I absolutely looooove Dave's Hot Chicken. I just drove up from south Georgia and this was my first stop. The big, juicy, crunchy tenders are perfect. The seasoning on their fries is amazing. And they actually have really delicious sides. The mac and cheese and kala slaw are my favorites.
Gave dave’s hot chicken a try today after seeing an ad for the cauliflower sliders..so glad i did. VEGETARIANS - you must try this!!The cauliflower is fried so crispy and tastes amazing, i feel like im really enjoying a chicken sandwich. Doesn’t taste cauliflower-y. The sauce is delicious. they gave me a ton of pickles and slaw, always a plus. So this is a lunch place. Not fancy, pressed out metal chairs. Floor looked dirty. The ordering was a little cluggie. A goodle 15 minute wait foe the food. The tenders are very big, and the spices and batter on the chick is tasty BUT the fries fries were coated with the same spice, so the flavors ran together. Not sure about a return visit when Slim Chicken is down the road. Sorry.
