The food was cooked exceptionally well, the proportions were appropriate and I received my meals in a timely manner.. not to mention the great customer service. I recommend Eat 2 Fit Meals to anyone looking for quality healthy meals.
Eat 2 Fit Meals are sooooo delicious! Healthy eating has never been easier. The meals never disappoint, they are never bland like other healthy meals I’ve eaten, and most importantly the management is so professional. Eat 2 Fit Meals are definitely a new a go to!

Chef Kat always has a creative but healthy take on meals. The voodoo she does that makes her chicken so tender and moist doesn't make any sense. Following her meal prep has allowed me to loose the last little bit of weight I hadn't been able to get off. Would absolutely recommend... and you're going to eat them veggies too ?
